Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Gamer Den Store. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please email thegamerdenstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide further details and next steps.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at thegamerdenstore@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
